Holding delinquencies at the current level

If you hold a delinquency at the current milestone, Infor Public Sector won't advance it to the next milestone, even if it's eligible, when you conduct an Advancement of Accounts run.

  1. Select Billing > Manage Account.
  2. Load the correct account.
  3. Click the Delinquency tab.
  4. In the Account Delinquency grid, select each delinquency that you are holding.
  5. Click the Settings button in the top right corner of the Account Delinquency grid and select Hold at Current Level.
