Transferring delinquencies

When entering an account into delinquency, Infor Public Sector selects the correct delinquency group and scheme based on the rules defined in Delinquency Setup. If you want to use a different group or scheme, you can transfer the delinquency. Infor Public Sector will assign the delinquency to the correct milestone based on the rules defined for the new scheme.

  1. Select Billing > Manage Account.
  2. Load the correct account.
  3. Click the Delinquency tab.
  4. In the Account Delinquency grid, select each delinquency that you are transferring.
  5. Click the Settings button in the top right corner of the Account Delinquency grid and select Transfer.
  6. In the Delinquency Transfer grid, select the delinquency group and scheme to which you are transferring the delinquency.
  7. Click Transfer.
