Creating a reconcile run

  1. Select Billing > Transactions > Create Reconcile Run.
  2. In the From Account # and To Account # fields, enter the range of account numbers you want to reconcile.
    The account numbers you enter in these fields specify the range of accounts in sequential order that Infor Public Sector will reconcile. If you only enter an account number in the From Account # field, Infor Public Sector will reconcile all accounts beginning with that account number. If you only enter an account number in the To Account # field, Infor Public Sector will reconcile all accounts up to and including that account number.
  3. Specify values in the Group/Cycle and Subgroup fields if you want to limit the accounts to be reconciled to a specific group of subgroup.
  4. Under Occurrence, select Immediately if you want the reconcile run to start right away, or select Scheduled to schedule the run for later.
  5. If you selected Scheduled, enter the date and time you want the reconcile run to start.
  6. Click Generate Generate button.
    A dialog box is displayed saying that the reconcile run was successfully scheduled and indicating the date and time it will begin. Infor Public Sector also adds a reconcile run task to the Batch Manager. You can use the Batch Manager Log to check the status of the task.
  7. Click Close to close the dialog box.

    Infor Public Sector shows information on the progress of the reconcile run at the bottom of the page, such as the current status and the number of accounts processed so far. While the run is in progress, you can click the Refresh button to update the text under Progress with the most current information.

    If you click the Refresh Progress Status button after the reconcile run is complete, Infor Public Sector shows a message that the run has been completed. The message includes the run number and the duration of the process.
