Refreshing mailing addresses

To ensure that all bills in a run have the account contacts' most recent mailing addresses, you can refresh the mailing information. Infor Public Sector will set the mailing address for each bill to the current address of the account's Send Bill To contact.

  1. Load the run you want into the Bill Run InfoViewer.
    You access the Bill Run InfoViewer by clicking the Run # link for the bill run on any form that shows the link.
  2. Select the Refresh Mailing Addresses check box.
  3. Click Generate Generate button.
