Budget Billing Plan InfoViewer

There are two ways to open the Budget Billing InfoViewer from the Manage Account page:

• If a Budget Billing link is displayed in the Bills panel on the Summary tab, you can use that link to open the InfoViewer.
• You can click View Budget Billing History on the Transactions tab to view a history of all budget billing plans for the current account. You can click a Plan Code link in the Budget Billing Plans grid to open the Budget Billing Plan InfoViewer.

You can also open the Budget Billing Plan InfoViewer from Review Budget Billing.

The InfoViewer shows plan details such as the current status of the plan, the next recalculation date, the next settlement date, and the cumulative variance for the current plan year. The Budget Billing Plan chart in the top right corner shows the history of budgeted and actual charges for the current and previous plan years. Below the Comments field are three grids that show more detailed historical information for the plan.

• The Budgeted Bills grid shows a history of all bills that were generated under this plan.
• The Settlements grid shows the history of settlements for this plan. You can click the show/hide button to the left of a settlement to see more details.
• The Budgeted Amount Calculations grid shows the history of the different budgeted amounts that the account has been billed under this plan.

You can use the InfoViewer to manually recalculate the budgeted amount, settle the variance, or cancel budget billing.
