Disallowing payment arrangements

Sometimes you may want to disallow payment arrangements for an account, such as if the customer has repeatedly broken arrangements in the past. To disallow arrangements, click the Do Not Allow Arrangements link under Payments on the Maintenance tab. The link can also be displayed in the Quick Links panel on the Summary tab.

When you click Do Not Allow Arrangements, Infor Public Sector hides the Create Payment Arrangement link so that no arrangements can be created. Infor Public Sector also shows an Allow Arrangements link so that you can re-enable arrangements for the account.
