Viewing a bill image

You can use the View Bill link in the Bill InfoViewer to view an exact image of the bill as it was sent to the customer.

Because the InfoViewer doesn’t use the same layout as the printed bill, the bill image makes it easier to assist customers who call to discuss their bills. To view the bill image, click the View Bill link next to the bill number at the top of the InfoViewer.

Depending on the bill type, Infor Public Sector either shows an existing file, such as a pdf, or uses the correspondence engine to create a new bill image on the fly.
