Manage Account Page Summary tab

The Summary tab includes several panels that show key information about the account, and a set of quick links that you can use to perform common account maintenance and billing tasks. The Summary tab is designed to be personalized, so the panels and quick links that are displayed will vary depending on the options selected in Manage Account Page Setup.

Standard panels

The Summary tab includes three standard panels that are always present regardless of the options that you select in Manage Account Page Setup. This table describes each of the standard panels on the Summary tab:

Panel Description
Consumption History The consumption graph gives you a snapshot of usage for each account service. This panel is only displayed if the account has one or more active services with associated usage readings.

To create the graph, Infor Public Sector sums total monthly usage for each meter located at the account address for the past 13 months. For multiple services, Infor Public Sector assigns a different color to each service and adds a bar for each service to the graph.

Quick Links The Quick Links panel provides links to common tasks, such as receiving payments or adding log entries. You can use Manage Account Page Setup to select the links that are displayed. See below for a list of available links. The tasks that are displayed in the Quick Links list are also available on the Maintenance tab.
Services Lists the services that have been set up for the account, such as water or trash collection. This panel is only displayed if the account has one or more active services. You can click a service to view more details in the Account Service InfoViewer. You can also use this panel to add a new service.

See Adding a service to an account.

Optional panels

This table describes each optional panel that can be displayed on the Summary tab. Each of these panels is only displayed if you select it in Manage Account Page Setup. In addition, some panels are only displayed if there is information to show. For example, the Log panel is only displayed if at least one log entry has been recorded for the account.

Panel Description
Account Shows basic account information, such as account status, account class, open and close dates, and cycle and route numbers of any metered services. You can also use this panel to sign an account up for direct debit.

See Signing up for direct debit.

The information that is displayed depends on the account you’re viewing. For example, active accounts don’t show a status or close date, and closed accounts show a status but no open date.

Alerts Shows any Load Account alerts that are attached to the account. You can use the Display button in the upper right corner of this panel to review all alerts for the account, or use the Add button to add an alert. The Alerts panel is not displayed if the account doesn't have any active Load Account alerts.

See Adding an alert to an account.

Bills Shows the amount and date of the current bill and the amount and date of the last payment for the account. You can use the Display button in the upper right corner of this panel to view a complete list of bills for the account. You can also use this panel to create a payment arrangement for the account.

See Creating a payment arrangement.

Delinquency If the account is in delinquency, the Delinquency panel shows the delinquency stage along with the date the account entered that stage.

The panel also includes several buttons that you can use to manage the account’s delinquency process.

  • Decrement Delinquency button: Decrement Delinquency
  • Hold Delinquency button: Hold/Release
  • Increment Delinquency button: Increment Delinquency
  • Grant Extension button: Grant Extension
  • Resolve Delinquency button: Resolve Delinquency
Log Shows all log entries that have been added to the account in the past 30 days. You can use the Display button in the upper right corner of this panel to review all log entries for the account, or use the Add button to add a log entry. The Log panel is not displayed if the account doesn't have any log entries to show.

See Adding a log entry to an account.

Pending Activity Shows account activities that have yet to be completed, such as service requests, adjustments, payments, and service charges.

“Pending” can have different meanings for different activities. For example, pending payments are ones that have been received but not posted, while pending adjustments are ones that have been entered but not approved. In other cases, “pending” means an activity has been started or scheduled but not yet completed.

The Pending Activity panel shows no more than 20 items of each type. If an account has more than 20 of a particular item, Infor Public Sector will show the first 20 items followed by a note that there are more items of that type.

Resolved Activity Shows account activities, such as service requests, adjustment, and payments, that have been completed.
