Granting delinquency extensions

In addition to holding a delinquency at the current milestone, you can grant an extension. An extension holds the delinquency at the current milestone for a specified number of days beyond when it would otherwise be eligible to advance to the next milestone.

  1. Select Billing > Manage Account.
  2. Load the correct account.
  3. Click the Delinquency tab.
  4. In the Account Delinquency grid, select each delinquency that you are extending.
  5. Click the Settings button in the top right corner of the Account Delinquency grid and select Grant Extension.
  6. In the Extension Days field, specify the number of days by which you are extending the current milestone.
  7. Click Save.
