Configuring mailing names

Mail To Configuration shows four fields corresponding to the parts of a contact's name. You can enter numbers in these field indicating the order in which these parts are displayed. For example, to direct Infor Public Sector to print a name in standard order, such as Mr. Raymond H. Calloway, you would enter 1 in the Title field, 2 in the First Name field, 3 in the Middle Initial field, and 4 in the Last Name field.

  1. Select Billing > Setup > General > Mail To Configuration.
  2. Type an order number in each field.
    Note: You can also enter 0 in a field if you don't want to use that part .
  3. Click Save.
