Adding a custom tab to the Manage Account page
- Select Billing > Setup > Account > Manage Account Custom Tab.
- Select the Show the Custom Tab on Manage Account Page check box.
- Click Save.
- Select System > Agency Personalization > Content Manager.

Design your custom tab in the Content Manager.
The custom tab is found under Billing > Accounts > Account Information Viewer > Update Custom Tab in the Menu Groupings tree.
