CDR Billing
CDR Billing is used to bill customers for the fees associated with applications,
cases, and licenses that are generated by the various CDR modules.
In a CDR Billing environment, every application, case, and license type is associated with a bill type, and every application, case, or license is associated with a billing account.
When you define fee types for an application, case, or license type, they automatically become line items on the associated bill type. When you create an application, case, or license, Infor Public Sector first searches for an existing account to associate with it, and creates a new one if an appropriate account doesn't already exist.
