Adding an account class to a service definition

For each service type you create, you can create different service definitions to be used for different account classes. For example, you might want to create different versions of a garbage service for commercial and residential accounts, because commercial accounts use larger waste containers.

  1. Select Billing > Setup > Service > Service Definition.
  2. In the Service Definitions tree, browse to the service or the district to which you're adding an account class.
  3. Right-click the Account Class node and select Create Account Class.
  4. Specify the account class that the service definition applies to in the Account Class field.
  5. Click Save.
    Infor Public Sector adds a node for the new account class under the Account Class node.
  6. Click the "Account Class" node and edit the service definition as required.
