Creating an approval role category

You can create multiple approval role categories to organize your approval roles. Approval role categories can also be nested inside other categories.

  1. Select Billing > Setup > General > Advanced Approval Role Setup.
  2. In the Approval Roles tree, right-click the root node, or a category node, and select Create Category.
  3. Specify a name for the category in the Category Name field.
  4. Click Save.
