Approval roles

Similar to roles in Access Control, approval roles define your agency's adjustment and refund approval hierarchy. When a submitted adjustment or refund requires approval, Infor Public Sector assigns the submission to the correct approval level according to the rules defined in Advanced Approval Setup. Each approval level has one or more approval roles associated with it. Only employees who are assigned to one of the specified roles can approve submissions at each level.
