Defining a penalty table

After you define a penalty code, you can define tables for the code. A penalty table contains one or more penalty details.

  1. Select Billing > Setup > Delinquency > Penalty Table.
  2. In the Penalty Table Setup tree, right-click a penalty code node and select Create Penalty Table.
  3. Specify the date you can start using the details in this penalty table in the Effective field.
    Each table in a penalty code must have a different effective date.
  4. Click Save.
    Infor Public Sector saves the penalty table and shows it in the Penalty Table Setup tree. The table name is a combination of the penalty code and the table’s effective date. You can now create penalty details for this table.
