Defining a collections export setup

  1. Select Billing > Setup > Delinquency > Lookup Collection Export Setups.
  2. Click Add above the Collection Export Setup grid.
  3. Type an identification code for the setup record in the Setup Code field.
  4. Specify the agency the export file will be sent to in the Collection Agency field.
  5. Specify the path to the directory where Infor Public Sector will write the export file in the Export Directory Path field.
  6. Select the template you want to use from the Export File Template list.
    The template is an XML file that indicates what data from the Infor Public Sector database will be written to the export file. The data to be included is identified based on a set of keywords that are first defined in the Keyword Manager. You can use the Infor Public Sector Template Editor to edit these templates.

    The list of templates in the Export File Template list is defined in the Billing configuration in the Configuration Editor. In most cases the actual templates are stored in the Correspondence\Templates directory in the Infor Public Sector application directory on the server.

  7. Click Save.
