Creating a winter average scheme

  1. Select Billing > Setup > Account > Winter Average Setup.
  2. Right-click the root node in the Winter Average Setups tree and select Create WA Setup.
  3. Specify a name for the scheme in the Setup Node field.
  4. Click Save.
