Rate table logs are written to the database during processes that involve calculations based on rate tables, such as bill generation. You can use Lookup System Logs to review these log entries. To open this page, select .
Rate table logging is configured using the Logging configuration in the Configuration Editor. On the root Logging Destination attribute specified where log entries are created. Database logging is enabled by default, but you can also configure your system to write log entries to a file on the server.
