Rate table logging

Rate table logs are written to the database during processes that involve calculations based on rate tables, such as bill generation. You can use Lookup System Logs to review these log entries. To open this page, select System > Administration > Lookup System Logs.

Rate table logging is configured using the Logging configuration in the Configuration Editor. On the root Logging node, the Logging Destination attribute specified where log entries are created. Database logging is enabled by default, but you can also configure your system to write log entries to a file on the server.

The RateTable node under Loggers defines settings that are specific to the rate table log. To disable rate table logging, add the Enabled attribute and set the value to False.

The Log Level attribute specifies the minimum severity required to log an event. You can set the value to Success, Info, Warning, Error, or Fault.
