Viewing attachments

If attachments are stored in an EDMS, Infor Public Sector may not load them when you first open an Attachments control. This depends on whether the EDMS provider is configured to load attachments automatically.

If attachments are not loaded automatically, you must load them yourself. To load EDMS attachments, click the Settings button in the top right corner of the Attachments control and select Inquire.

If you're using an external EDMS, the same attachment might appear more than once in the Attachments control. This will occur if you have more than one provider set up for the same EDMS. Each attachment that is stored in the EDMS will appear once for each provider.
