Map Browser commands
Point commands
This topic describes the commands that are available from the Map Browser. Different sets of commands are available from the various Map Drawers.
Point commands are available when you right-click a point in the map. Infor Public Sector will create a new record using the X and Y coordinates of the selected point for the location. This table shows the point commands that are available in the Map Browser:
Command | Description |

Copy Location to Clipboard | Copies the X and Y coordinates of the selected point to the clipboard. |
Create Building Application | Creates a building application with the X and Y coordinates of the selected point as the location. |
Create Case | Creates a case with the X and Y coordinates of the selected point as the location. |
Create Incident | Creates an incident with the X and Y coordinates of the selected point as the location. |
Create License | Creates a license application with the X and Y coordinates of the selected point as the location. |
Create Planning Application | Creates a planning application with the X and Y coordinates of the selected point as the location. |
Create Project Application | Creates a project application with the X and Y coordinates of the selected point as the location. |
Create Use Application | Creates a use application with the X and Y coordinates of the selected point as the location. |
Create Work Order | Creates a work order with the X and Y coordinates of the selected point as the location. |
Submit Service Request | Creates a service request with the X and Y coordinates of the selected point as the location. |
Address commands
This table shows the commands that are available for addresses in the Map Browser. Action commands are invoked from the
button. Context commands are invoked by right-clicking a map marker.Command | Description |

Browse History (context) | Shows the address in the Contact and Property Browser. |
Create Incident (context) | Creates an incident for the selected addresses. |
Create Multiple Building Applications (action) | Creates a building permit for each address that is selected. This command is only available if multiple addresses are selected. |
Create Multiple Cases (action) | Creates a case for each address that is selected. This command is only available if multiple addresses are selected. |
Create Multiple Licenses (action) | Creates a license application for each address that is selected. This command is only available if multiple addresses are selected. |
Create Multiple Planning Applications (action) | Creates a planning application for each address that is selected. This command is only available if multiple addresses are selected. |
Create Multiple Project Applications (action) | Creates a project application for each address that is selected. This command is only available if multiple addresses are selected. |
Create Multiple Use Applications (action) | Creates a use application for each address that is selected. This command is only available if multiple addresses are selected. |
Create Single Building Application (action) | Creates a single building application. If you selected a single address, that address will be the primary site. If you selected multiple addresses, those addresses will be associated sites. |
Create Single Case (action) | Creates a single case. If you selected a single address, that address will be the primary site. If you selected multiple addresses, those addresses will be associated sites. |
Create Single License (action) | Creates a single license application. If you selected a single address, that address will be the primary site. If you selected multiple addresses, those addresses will be associated sites. |
Create Single Planning Application (action) | Creates a single planning application. If you selected a single address, that address will be the primary site. If you selected multiple addresses, those addresses will be associated sites. |
Create Single Project Application (action) | Creates a single project application. If you selected a single address, that address will be the primary site. If you selected multiple addresses, those addresses will be associated sites. |
Create Single Use Application (action) | Creates a single use application. If you selected a single address, that address will be the primary site. If you selected multiple addresses, those addresses will be associated sites. |
Create Work Order (context) | Creates a work order for the selected address. |
Show Drawing (context) | Shows the annotation layer. |
Show in Google Maps (context) | Shows the address in Google Maps. |
Submit Service Request (context) | Creates a service request for the selected address. |
Show Information (context) | Opens the selected address in the Address InfoViewer. |
Show GIS Information (context) | Shows the information from the geodatabase about the selected address. |

Create Single Building Application (action) | Creates a single building application. If you selected a single parcel or property, that parcel or property will be the primary site. If you selected multiple parcels or properties, those parcels or properties will be associated sites. |
Create Single Case (action) | Creates a single case. If you selected a single parcel or property, that parcel or property will be the primary site. If you selected multiple parcels or properties, those parcels or properties will be associated sites. |

Show Drawing (context) | Shows the annotation layer. |

Work order commands

CDR application commands
This table shows the commands that are available for CDR applications in the Map Browser. The term "application" is used generically here to refer to applications, licenses, and cases in all CDR modules. Action commands are invoked from the

Change Planning Condition Status (action) | Changes the status of a planning condition for a selected building, planning, or project application. |
