Map Drawer for Contact and Property Browser

Options

You can use the Map Drawer button in the Contact and Property Browser to show the locations of addresses, parcels, and properties. You can also use Map Drawer to create records such as building applications and code enforcement cases.

This table describes each option that is available from the Map Drawer button in the Contact and Property Browser. The options that are available depend on the type of record that you're currently viewing. For example, if you're viewing addresses, then only the Show Address option is available.

Option	Description
Show Address	Shows the locations of one or more selected addresses. In the Addresses tree, select the check box for each address that you want to show on the map. Then click Map Drawer and select Show Address.
Show Parcel	Shows the locations of one or more selected parcels. In the Parcels tree, select the check box for each parcel that you want to show on the map. Then click Map Drawer and select Show Parcel.
Show Property	Shows the locations of one or more selected properties. In the Properties tree, select the check box for each property that you want to show on the map. Then click Map Drawer and select Show Property.

Commands

This table describes each command that is available in the Map Drawer for the Contact and Property Browser. Action commands are invoked from the Action button. Context commands are invoked by right-clicking on a map marker.

Command	Description
Set Addresses in Property Browser (action)	Loads the addresses that you select on the map into the Addresses tree. You can use this command to search for addresses in the map rather than entering search criteria in the Contact and Property Browser.
Set Parcels in Property Browser (action)	Loads the parcels that you select on the map into the Parcels tree. You can use this command to search for parcels in the map rather than entering search criteria in the Contact and Property Browser.
Set Properties in Property Browser (action)	Loads the properties that you select on the map into the Properties tree. You can use this command to search for properties in the map rather than entering search criteria in the Contact and Property Browser.
Create Multiple Building Applications (action)	Creates building applications for the selected addresses, parcels, or properties.
Create Single Building Application (action)	Creates a single building application. If you select a single address, parcel, or property on the map, Infor Public Sector makes it the primary site. If you select multiple locations, Infor Public Sector adds them to the Associated Sites grid.
Create Multiple Planning Applications (action)	Creates planning applications for the selected addresses, parcels, or properties.
Create Single Planning Application (action)	Creates a single planning application. If you select a single address, parcel, or property on the map, Infor Public Sector makes it the primary site. If you select multiple locations, Infor Public Sector adds them to the Associated Sites grid.
Create Multiple Project Applications (action)	Creates project applications for the selected addresses, parcels, or properties.
Create Single Project Application (action)	Creates a single project application. If you select a single address, parcel, or property on the map, Infor Public Sector makes it the primary site. If you select multiple locations, Infor Public Sector adds them to the Associated Sites grid.
Create Work Order (context)	Creates a work order for the selected asset.
Create Single License (action)	Creates a single license application. If you select a single address on the map, Infor Public Sector makes it the primary site. If you select multiple addresses, Infor Public Sector adds them to the Associated Sites grid. This command is available for addresses only.
Create Multiple Licenses (action)	Creates license applications for the selected addresses. This command is available for addresses only.
Create Single Case (action)	Creates a single case. If you select a single address, parcel, or property on the map, Infor Public Sector makes it the primary site. If you select multiple locations, Infor Public Sector adds them to the Associated Sites grid.
Create Multiple Cases (action)	Creates cases for the selected addresses, parcels, or properties.
Create Single Use Application (action)	Creates a single use application. If you select a single address, parcel, or property on the map, Infor Public Sector makes it the primary site. If you select multiple locations, Infor Public Sector adds them to the Associated Sites grid.
Create Multiple Use Applications (action)	Creates use applications for the selected addresses, parcels, or properties.
