Copying a My Infor item

You can make a copy of any dashboard, personalized item, or TO-DO list to create an item that examines the same information as the original but shows it differently. For example, you can copy a dashboard and then change the Minimum Percent to Show value for the copy. When you copy a My Infor item, Infor Public Sector adds the copy to the My Infor tree and adds Copy of to the name of the new node. You can edit the new item in the same way you edit the original item.

  1. In My Infor, click the My Infor Preferences My Infor Preferences button button.
  2. In the My Infor Items tree, browse to the node for the item you want to copy.
  3. Right-click the node and select Copy.
    Infor Public Sector adds a node for the new item. You can now set the item's preferences and show the item in My Infor.
