Setting access control for a map query

If you want to limit access to a query, you can specify an access ID. The access ID specifies the permission in Access Control that users require to use the query.

  1. In My Infor Preferences, click the Infor GIS node.
  2. Enable editing in the My Queries grid and select the desired query. This can be a standard query or a custom query. You can also specify an access ID when adding a query.
  3. Specify the access ID that you want to use in the Access ID field. Most standard queries already have access IDs but the field is editable, so you can change the access ID.
  4. Click Save.
