Deleting records from a grid

To remove a record from a grid, select the check box in the correct row, and click Delete Delete button.

Note: In some cases, removing a record from a grid deletes the record from the database. In other cases, it only removes the link between two records. For example, when you remove a service request from the Linked Service Requests grid in the Service Request InfoViewer, the service request is not deleted from the database. Removing the child request from the grid only breaks the link to the parent.
