Comments toolbar buttons

The Comments toolbar provides basic word processing tools that you can use to format text in Comments fields. For example, you can make text bold or italic, change the text color, or create numbered and bulleted lists. This table describes each button on the Comments toolbar.

Note: You can also use key combinations, such as Ctrl+B to make selected text bold.

Button Name Use
Heading 2 button Heading 2 Formats the selection as a heading level 2.
Heading 3 button Heading 3 Formats the selection as a heading level 3.
Normal Text button Normal text Formats the selection as normal text.
Set text color button Set text color Changes the color of the selected text.
Bold button Make Text Bold Makes selected text bold.
Italic button Make Text Italic Makes selected text italic.
Underline button Make Text Underlined Underlines selected text.
Align Left button Alight Content Left Aligns selected text to the left.
Center button Alight Content Center Centers selected text.
Align Right button Alight Content Right Aligns selected text to the right.
Numbered List button Create a Numbered List Formats the selection as a numbered list.
Bulleted List button Create a Bulleted List Formats the selection as a bulleted list.
Link button Create a Link Inserts a hyperlink.
HTML button Show Html Shows the HTML markup in the Comments field.
