Asset Valuation InfoViewer tabs
The Asset Valuation InfoViewer shows a wide variety of information for an asset valuation record. This table describes the information that is displayed on each tab.
| Tab | Description |

| Details | The Details tab shows the basic details about the asset valuation, such as the acquisition date, initial cost, and expected life. |
| Expenditure | The Expenditure tab shows cost information for work orders that were created to maintain the condition of the asset or increase its value. The grid on this tab shows completed work orders with a valuation type of CAPITA (capital expenditure) or EXPENS (maintenance expense). A work order's valuation type is determined by the valuation type formula defined for the activity in Activity Workflow. |
| Revaluations | The Revaluations tab shows a history of revaluations for the current asset. You can also use this tab to revalue the asset. |
| Depreciation | The Depreciation tab shows a list of all depreciation calculations performed on the asset, including information such as the calculated depreciation, the accumulated depreciation, depreciation type, and asset valuation run number. |
| Revenue | The Revenue tab shows information on any revenue generated by the asset. You can also use this tab to record revenue. |
| Disposal | You can use the Disposal tab to record disposal details when you dispose of the asset. |
| Comments | Use the Comments tab to record and view general comments about the asset valuation. |
| Held for Sale | You can use the Held for Sale tab to record held for sale information when the asset is sold. |
| Related Records | The Related Records tab shows information on the asset valuation groups that the valuation belongs to, and any other valuations that this valuation is linked to. You can use this tab to add the valuation to valuation group, and to link it to other valuations. |
| Financial Summary | The Financial Summary tab shows information on other valuations that the current valuation is related to. The three grids on this tab show summary information on other valuations for the same asset, any valuation groups the valuation belongs to, and linked valuations. |
| History | The History tab shows a history of changes to the current valuation record. The grid on this tab shows a record for each change in the asset's value.
Note: The grid does not include revaluations. To see a history of revaluations for an asset, select the Revaluations tab.
