Asset usage
You can track the usage of certain types of assets using the appropriate asset
InfoViewer. Asset usage can be measured in different ways, such as miles for a vehicle
or hours of operation for a street light or equipment unit.
Note that you can also record asset usage while completing work orders and asset inspections. If a work order is performed on an asset that supports usage tracking, you can record the asset's total usage at the time of the work in the Usage field on the Work Order InfoViewer. If a vehicle or equipment unit is used as a resource in a work order or asset inspection, you can also specify a total usage reading while recording the resource usage.
