Asset location history
The address and position of an asset can be tracked as required.
For example, a utility might frequently replace broken water meters with other meters while the broken ones are being repaired, making it necessary keep track of where each meter came from. The number of locations where the asset has been installed is shown under on the Life History tab.
You can click to record, update, or review location history entries. When you change an asset's address under , the address fields on the Location tab are automatically updated. When you specify an address in the address fields, a location history entry is automatically added, using the current date as the date the asset was removed from the previous address and installed at the new one.
