Map Drawer for asset lookups

Options

You can use the Map Drawer button in the asset lookups to show the locations of one or more assets in the lookup results grid. You can also use Map Drawer to create a work order or an asset group from the map, or to populate the lookup.

Populating the lookup means that you can search for assets in the map rather than entering search criteria in the lookup. In the map, select each asset that you want to work with, then click Action and select Populate Lookup. Infor Public Sector loads the selected assets in the lookup results grid, just as if you had searched for them in the lookup.

This table describes each option that is available from the Map Drawer button in the asset lookups.

Option	Description
Show Selected Items	Shows the assets that you select in the lookup results grid.
Show All Items	Shows all assets in the lookup results grid.

Commands

This table describes each command that is available in the Map Drawer for the asset lookups. Action commands are invoked from the Action button. Context commands are invoked by right-clicking on a map marker.

Command	Description
Populate Lookup (action)	Loads the assets that you select on the map into the lookup results grid.
Create Asset Group (action)	Creates an asset group based on the assets that you select on the map.
Create Work Order (context)	Creates a work order for the selected asset.
