Adding asset types to a menu

The Assets tree in the Asset Menu Editor shows a node for each existing asset menu item. Clicking on a node shows all of the asset types that are displayed on that menu page. You can add additional asset types, each of which is displayed as a separate tab on the menu page, with links for all of the available tasks.

  1. Select Asset Management > Setup > Asset Menu Editor.
  2. In the Assets tree, select the node for the asset menu you want to work with.
  3. Click Add above the Asset Types grid.
  4. In the Asset Type popup, find the asset type you want to add to the menu, highlight it, and click Select.
