Creating a group inspection for an asset group

In addition to creating group projects, you can use the Asset Group Lookup to create a group inspection. If you select more than one asset group, the group inspection will include inspections for all of the assets in the selected groups. All of the selected assets must be of the same type.

  1. Select Asset Management > Asset Grouping > Lookup Asset Groups.
  2. Look up the asset group or groups for which you want to create inspections.
  3. Select one or more asset groups in the Asset Groups grid.
  4. Click Action and select Create Group Inspection.
    Infor Public Sector opens the Create Group Inspection form with all of the assets in the selected groups loaded in the Assets grid.
  5. Specify the inspection type for the group inspection in the Inspection Type field.
  6. Provide any other details for the group inspection in the fields under Inspection Information.
  7. Click Save.
