Creating a group project for an asset group

You can use the Asset Group Lookup to create group projects for one or more selected asset groups. The group projects will include work orders for all of the assets in the selected groups.

  1. Select Asset Management > Asset Grouping > Lookup Asset Groups.
  2. Look up the asset group or groups for which you want to create work orders.
  3. Select one or more asset groups in the Asset Groups grid.
  4. Click Action and select Create Group Project.
    Infor Public Sector opens the Create Group Project form with all of the assets in the selected groups loaded in the Assets grid.
  5. Specify the activity for the group project in the Activity field.
  6. Provide any other details for the group project in the fields under Initial Information.
  7. Click Save.
