Inspection types
Inspection types are the kinds of inspections that your agency can perform on its assets, such as brake inspections for a fleet of vehicles, pavement condition inspections, or visual inspections of sewer mains. An inspection type typically consists of a unique identification code, a short description, and a list of associated indexes. An index is a condition rating of the asset calculated by Infor Public Sector based on observations or other data recorded in the inspection.
Inspections can include detail pages, or extra sections that you can use to record personalized information defined by your agency. You can also record the presence and severity of defects, or observations, located during the inspection.
