Duplicating an asset inspection

If you want to create a new inspection that shares information with an existing one, you can start by duplicating the existing inspection. If the inspection you're duplicating has observations, you also have the option of duplicating the observations.

  1. Load the inspection you want into the Inspection InfoViewer.
  2. Click the Action button and select Duplicate Inspection or Duplicate Inspection and Observations.
  3. Change the information in the Create Service Inspection dialog box as required.
  4. If you're duplicating observations, make any changes to the observations in the Observations grid. You can also add observations.
  5. Click Finish.
