Reviewing asset risk information
Lookup Asset Risk is the tool you use to review risk information for individual assets or asset segments. You can also use Lookup Risk Summary Groups to review summary risk information for asset groups.
To review risk information, enter your search criteria on the Lookup Asset Risk page and click . The grid shows each asset that matches your criteria and for which risk scores have been calculated.
Each asset will have a separate risk score for each applicable risk event type. For example, the sewer main asset type might be associated with two event types, one for blockages and another for burst sewer mains. For each sewer main in your inventory, Infor Public Sector would calculate a risk score for each of these events.
The Unit ID column to open the asset record in the asset InfoViewer. You can click a failure name in the Failure Definition column to open the Asset Risk Event Details page.
grid shows summary risk information, including the highest risk score and risk rating for each asset, the failure definition associated with the highest risk score, and the total risk score. You can click the asset ID in theThe Asset Risk Event Details page shows more complete risk information for the selected asset, including separate scores for each event in the grid. You can click any link in the Risk Event column of the grid to view complete details for the selected event in the Risk Event InfoViewer.
The Risk Event InfoViewer shows details such as the PoF and CoF calculations for the risk event and any mitigation factors that were applied. You can edit the information in the Risk Event InfoViewer, overriding the default values for the risk event type. For example, you might want to recalculate an asset's risk using a different PoF rating or multiplier. You can use the
button in the Risk Event InfoViewer to recalculate the asset's risk score for the selected event.
