Creating a target year distribution report

  1. Select Asset Management > Advanced Asset Management > Asset Analysis.
  2. Click Target Year Distribution.
    Note: This report is also available from the Reports button in the Needs Analysis InfoViewer.
  3. Specify this information:
    Needs Analysis Run ID
    Enter the needs analysis run that you want to use for the report.
    Scale Value
    Select a scale value that you want to use. The scale value is the unit that Infor Public Sector uses to indicate what portion of the assets in the report fall within each target year. For example, a report for a roadway asset might use length as the scale value, and a park report might use area.
  4. Click Next to view the report.
