Creating a budget year distribution report

  1. Select Asset Management > Advanced Asset Management > Asset Analysis.
  2. Click Budget Year Distribution.
    Note: This report is also available from the Reports button in the Budget Analysis InfoViewer.
  3. Specify this information:
    Budget Analysis Run ID
    Specify the ID of the budget analysis run that you want to use for the report.
    Scale Value
    Select a scale value. The scale value is the unit Infor Public Sector will use to indicate what portion of the assets in the report fall within each budget year. For example, a report for a roadway asset might use length as the scale value, while a park report might use area.
  4. Click Next to view the report.
