Creating a present condition report

  1. Select Asset Management > Advanced Asset Management > Asset Analysis.
  2. Click Present Condition.
    Note: You can also select Asset Management > Present Condition Report.
  3. Specify this information:
    Group ID
    Specify an asset group.
    Asset Type
    Select the type of asset for which you're creating the report.
    Scale Value
    Select a scale value. The scale value is the unit Infor Public Sector uses to indicate what portion of the assets in the report are within each index value range. For example, a present condition report for a roadway asset might use length as the scale value, while a park report might use area.
    Index
    Specify the Inspection index that you want to use for the report.
    Deteriorated
    Select Yes or No to indicate whether you want the report to estimate deterioration.
  4. Click Next to view the report.
