Viewing asset budget analysis results

Infor Public Sector shows the results of a budget analysis run on the Results tab of the Budget Analysis InfoViewer. The Funded Activities grid lists each of the selected activities that will be funded under this budget scenario, along with the estimated cost and benefit. The Non-Funded Activities grid lists the activities that can't be completed with this budget.

  1. Load the analysis run you want into the Analysis Budget InfoViewer.
    To open the Budget Analysis InfoViewer, click Lookup Budget Analysis Results on the Asset Analysis page. Then look up the budget run that you want to work with and click the link in the Run ID column to open the InfoViewer.
  2. Select the Results tab to view the activities funded by the analysis run.
    Note: You can click any Asset ID link in the Funded Activities or Non-Funded Activities grid to view a log of the activity that was recommended for the selected asset.
