Viewing rejected assets in a needs analysis

If it won't be cost-effective to perform a maintenance activity on an asset, Infor Public Sector will list the asset, activity, and the reason why the asset was rejected for maintenance on the Rejected Assets tab.

Note: This option will only be available if it is selected as a logging option in the Initiate Needs Analysis process.
  1. Load the needs analysis run you want to view into the Needs Analysis InfoViewer.
    To open the Needs Analysis InfoViewer, click Lookup Needs Analysis Results on the Asset Analysis page. Then look up the analysis run that you want to work with and click the link in the Needs Analysis Run ID column to open the InfoViewer.
  2. Select the Rejected Assets tab.
    Infor Public Sector shows a list of assets with no activity selected during the asset analysis process, along with the asset type and the reason the asset was rejected.
    Note: You can click any asset ID link to open the Needs Analysis Log InfoViewer, where you can view and print the log details for each asset. The information displayed by the InfoViewer depends on what logging options are chosen during the Initiate Needs Analysis process.
