Viewing selected activities in a needs analysis

  1. Load the needs analysis run you want to view into the Needs Analysis InfoViewer.
    To open the Needs Analysis InfoViewer, click Lookup Needs Analysis Results on the Asset Analysis page. Then look up the analysis run that you want to work with and click the link in the Needs Analysis Run ID column to open the InfoViewer.
  2. Select the Selected Activities tab.
    Infor Public Sector shows the asset ID, selected activity, target year, and activity cost and benefit.
    Note:  You can click any of the asset ID links to open the Needs Analysis Log InfoViewer, where you can view and print the log details for each asset. The information displayed by the Log InfoViewer depends on what logging options were selected during the Initiate Needs Analysis process.
