Configuring future orders and special instructions

You can enable guests to submit advance orders. The allowable lead time is configured within the POS Control Options. You can also enable a comment box where customers can provide special instructions on their orders.
  1. Click Order.
  2. Select the Future Orders check box.
  3. To enable a comment field for item-level instructions, select the Item Level check box, then specify a title of the field and a description.
  4. To enable a comment field for order-level instructions, select the Order Level check box, then specify a title of the field and a description.
  5. Click Save.
