Adding a product group

Use product groups to define each menu item linked to the mapping modifiers within a mapping group.
  1. Select Configuration > Menu Items > Product Groups.
  2. Click Add Product Group.
  3. Specify a name for the product group. For example, Apple Juice.
  4. From the options, select a mapping group. For example, Beverage Size.
    The mapping groups are preconfigured. See Adding a mapping group and assigning options.
  5. Click Next.
  6. In the row of each mapping modifier, specify this information:
    Menu Item
    Select the menu item associated with the mapping modifier.
    Order
    Specify a number for the placement order of the button in the touchscreen menu. Buttons are arranged from left to right, where the first button is displayed in the upper left corner. If no value is specified, menu items are sorted alphabetically by default.
    Default
    Select this check box to set the menu item as the auto-selected item in the product group. You can only select one mapping modifier as default.
  7. Click Save Changes.
