Configuring additional tender options

  1. Select Configuration > Tenders/Discounts > Tenders.
  2. In the row of the tender, select Details > More Options.
  3. Specify this information:
    Driver Param
    For an integrated PIN pad or stored-value card, specify the Profolic USB-to-Serial Comm Port (COM#) driver parameter in Infor POS Enterprise Manager. You can find it in the ports section in the device manager of your local machine.
    Note: In COM#, "#" represents a numeric value. For example, COM6.
    Disable Amount
    Select this check box to autofill the on-screen numeric keypad with the price of the selected menu item during payment.
    Prompt Zero Amount
    Select this check box to set the default transaction amount to zero, thereby requiring staff to manually specify the total amount to be tendered.
  4. Click Save Changes.
