Adding a modifier in a touchscreen menu

  1. Select Configuration > Touchscreen > Forced Modifiers.
  2. Click Add Forced Modifier.
  3. Specify this information:
    Modifier Name
    Specify a name for the modifier.
    Repeat Times
    In the Repeat Times list, select the number of modifiers required until the touchscreen menu is closed. To set no limit to the number of modifiers required, click Until Closed.
    Touchscreen Menu
    Specify the touchscreen menu the modifier is placed in. This creates a button for the modifier in the touchscreen menu specified.
    Allow Close
    To select a modifier up to the number specified in the Repeat Times field, select this check box. This also creates a Done button in the touchscreen menu. To close the touchscreen menu when the number specified in the Repeat Times field is reached, clear this check box.
    Is Combo
    If a menu item is tapped, select this check box to automatically add the modifier to the check.
    Ignore Price
    To exclude the price of modifiers in the specified touchscreen menu on a receipt, select this check box. Otherwise, clear this check box.
    Base Price Item
    Select the item in which the base price is calculated.
    POS
    To enable the modifier in Infor POS, select this check box.
    Mobile
    To enable the modifier in mobile ordering app, select this check box.
    Kiosk
    To enable the modifier in Infor POS Kiosk, select this check box.
    Active
    Select this check box to enable the modifier in the selected revenue center.
  4. Click Save.
