Setting a count for a menu item

A countdown set to an item is automatically applied to all configured revenue centers in a single primary terminal. This applies to items sold, voided or returned, or when the item is removed from a revenue center in a primary terminal.

  1. From the functions menu, tap Set Count.
  2. In the Notice window, tap OK.
  3. In the main panel, tap a menu item.
  4. In the Number of items left on-screen numeric keypad, specify the number of available quantity for the menu item and tap Enter.
  5. Optionally, tap one of these options in the Number of items left on-screen numeric keypad:
    • Remove Countdown

      Use Remove Countdown to remove the count of a menu item.

    • Daily Default

      Use Daily Default to specify the default daily count of a menu item. For details, contact your Infor POS representative.

    • Carryover Remainder

      Use Carryover Remainder to specify the remaining count of a menu item from the previous business day.
