Performing a balance inquiry

  1. In the functions menu, tap Balance Inquiry to show the stored-value card options.
    Note: If Infor POS is configured to a single stored-value card provider, the on-screen numeric keypad is automatically displayed.
  2. Tap the button for a stored-value card.
  3. In the on-screen numeric keypad, specify the card number.
  4. Tap Enter to show the balance of the stored-value card.
    Note: For campus cards, the balance is also displayed in the display line of Infor POS.
  5. Optionally, tap Print to print details of the balance inquiry.
