Modifying the personal information of an employee

				In the row of the employee account, click the Details list.

				Click Personal Info.
			
 
- Specify this information:
				
					
						- Salutation
 
						- Select a salutation for addressing the employee.
 
						
							- First Name
 
							- Specify the first name of the employee.
 
						
						
							- Middle Name
 
							- Specify the middle name of the employee.
 
						
						
							- Last Name
 
							- Specify the last name of the employee.
 
						
						
							- Language
 
							- Select a language.
 
						
						
							- Telephone
 
							- Specify the telephone number of the employee.
 
						
						
							- Email Address
 
							- Specify the email address of the employee.
 
						
						
							- Payroll ID
 
							- Specify a payroll ID. This is limited to 16
								digits.
 
						
						
							- Address
 
							- Specify an address.
 
						
						
							- State/Province
 
							- Specify a state or province.
 
						
						
							- Country
 
							- Specify a country.
 
						
						
							- Postal/Zip Code
 
							- Specify a postal code or zip code.
 
						
						
							- Time Zone
 
							- Specify a time zone.
 
						
						
							- In Training?
 
							- If the employee is in training, select this check box. This
								disables tracking of the transactions of the employee as part of the
								reports.
 
						
						
							- Temporary Password
 
							- Click Reset
									Password to renew the password of the employee. This
								generates a new password for the employee.
