Adding a clock time record for an employee
Optionally, add a new clock in and clock out time for an employee.
- Select Configuration > People > Manage Employees.
- In the row of the employee account, click the Details list.
- Click Clock Times.
- Click Add Clock Times.

Specify this information:
- Clock In
- In the Clock In section, specify the adjusted time in HH:MM format and use the calendar to select the clock in date.
- Clock Out
- In the Clock Out section, specify the adjusted time in HH:MM format and use the calendar to select the clock out date.
- Job Assignments
- Specify a job assignment.
- Pay Rate
- Specify a pay rate.
- Overtime Pay Rate
- Specify an overtime pay rate.
- Click Save.
